Regular group classes are an integral part of Suzuki instrumental learning and support the weekly lesson. Grow With Music incorporates the Suzuki Cello School (WA) which offers regular weekend group classes (usually fortnightly), concerts and workshops to students of Suzuki Cello of all ages from the early years to the teenager years.
All of our students are supported at their current level of development and cello playing ability, from younger to older, from new beginner to more advanced. Our concerts see performances across the repertoire from the very first on-stage bow, to sonata and concerto works. Our group classes and workshops delivered by local, interstate and international Suzuki teachers see children of mixed ages and ability playing alongside each other across the Suzuki repertoire. All students and their families are required to be members of the local state Suzuki Association, STEAA(WA).
Teachers of the Suzuki Cello School (WA):
Emma O'Keefe, Josephine Fountain, Elizabeth Marsh
